Her portfolio spans collaborations with some of the world’s most prestigious brands—including Bulgari Hotels, Philippe Starck, Jade Jagger, Sophie Conran, Donald Trump, Time Warner Center, St. Regis, Mandarin Oriental, Four Seasons, Ritz-Carlton, Aman, and The Setai Group. These projects have also brought her into close partnership with leading architects such as Richard Meier, Cesar Pelli, Charles Gwathmey, David M. Childs, Robert A.M. Stern, and Adrian Smith, across global markets in the United States, Caribbean, Europe, and Asia.
In 2011, Marguerite was part of the team behind the Bulgari Residences in London, achieving record sale prices of £7,000 per square foot. From 2009 to 2012, Skylla Group provided “white-label” consulting services for Christie’s International Real Estate in London, where she launched the firm’s Project Marketing division by securing and executing the landmark Cornwall Terrace development—eight residences priced between £20–50 million.
Skylla Group has since led marketing and sales strategies for globally significant projects, including Palazzo Molin in Venice, a 15th-century palazzo redevelopment, where Marguerite built a bespoke UHNW sales network that attracted billionaires and multinational CEOs, leading to 60% sales absorption. She has also advised on pre-development and commercial strategies for Rocco Forte Hotels in Sicily, alongside recent projects such as The Chedi (Switzerland), Yoo Apartments (Malta), Four Seasons (Umbria), Patron Capital (Venice), and Rocco Forte Hotels (Sicily).

Louise Sunshine served as an Executive Vice President at the Trump Organization from 1973 to 1985. In 1986, she founded the Sunshine Group, LTD, the nation’s pre-eminent pre development planning, marketing, branding, and sales company for luxury mixed-use properties. The Sunshine Group LTD was ultimately sold in 2002 to Realogy and subsequently merged with the Corcoran Group.
Today, Louise is a strategic adviser to an exclusive network of renowned developers including Fort Partners (Four Season Surf Club and Four Seasons Fort Lauderdale); Korman Properties (AKA Hotels and Residences) and Swire Properties.

Amila Salihbasic is a seasoned real estate design and development strategist with over 17 years of experience in pre-development planning and design.
Trained as an architect, she combines creative vision with commercial acumen to shape luxury residential and hospitality projects across the globe. Her expertise bridges design, branding, and sales, ensuring that each development is not only architecturally distinctive but also positioned to achieve maximum market success.
Her expertise spans the full development cycle—ranging from site and brand selection, master planning, and programming to unit mix typologies, amenities, and on-site facilities. Amila specializes in comparative market audits and buyer group analysis, ensuring that every project is aligned with market demand and that design decisions translate into compelling sales narratives. She is particularly known for bridging architecture, interior design, landscaping, and marketing assets—ensuring that everything from floor plan layouts to 3D renderings reflects the development’s vision and resonates with target buyers.
Amila’s career began in New York City, where her thesis earned recognition among the top ten up-and-coming architects in the tri-state area. She went on to work at Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, contributing to the design of landmark projects including the Freedom Tower and Penn Station. Under the mentorship of Louise Sunshine, she transitioned into the real estate creative sphere at 7th Art, where she played an integral role in residential, hospitality, and mixed-use developments alongside industry leaders such as The Sunshine Group (Corcoran Sunshine), Douglas Elliman, Brown Harris Stevens, and Cantor Pecorella.
With a global perspective shaped by her education across Europe, the Middle East, and the United States, Amila is recognized for her keen design sensibility, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate seamlessly with architects, designers, and creative teams. A native of Bosnia and Herzegovina, she now divides her time between Houston, Miami, and New York, working with developers and luxury brands to deliver projects that set new standards in design, branding, and sales performance.
Current development projects include Mandarin Oriental Residences, Kanai, Riviera Maya and Mandarin Oriental Residences, Grand Cayman.
