Marguerite has international experience in creating value and fast sales velocity for high-end residential properties through highly integrated marketing and sales strategies.
Her brand experience includes: Bulgari Hotels, Philippe Starck, Jade Jagger, Sophie Conran, Donald Trump, Time Warner Centre, St. Regis, Mandarin Oriental, Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton, Aman, The Setai Group. These mixed use luxury developments have enabled Marguerite to work with some of the world’s leading architects, including: Richard Meier, Cesar Pelli, Charles Gwathmey, David M. Childs, Robert A.M. Stern and Adrian Smith; and across global markets in the United States, Caribbean, Europe and Asia.
In early 2011, Marguerite was part of the team responsible for the sale of the Bulgari residences, London, achieving record sale prices of £7,000 per square foot. Her role included advising the developer on improving the third party agencies and strategic partners, and also developing the sales process with UHNW purchasers from initial contact, through to site visit and relationship development. From 2009-2012 Skylla Group provided “white-label” consulting services for Christies International Real Estate in London where we launched the firm’s Project Marketing business by proposing and winning the Cornwall Terrace business – eight London residences each priced from £20 million to £50 million. We ran the project marketing for these ultra high-end properties from pre-development planning, to developing and executing the marketing and sales strategy through to launch and managing lead generation and viewings.
In 2015 Skylla Group has been managing the sales for a prestigious 18 apartment development located within a beautiful 15th century Venetian palazzo, Palazzo Molin. The role was to increase viewings to international UHNWIs and build a global network of agents with a known high end calibre of clientele. New interest from billionaires to multinational CEOs has been achieved and the property is now 60% sold. 2016 Skylla Group has been involved with the pre-development and commercial strategy planning for the Rocco Forte Hotel Group at their five star spa and golf resort in Sicily, Italy.
Recent development projects include Chedi – Switzerland, Yoo Apartments- Malta, Four Seasons – Umbria, Patron Capital- Venice and Rocco Forte Hotels – Sicily.
Head of Sales
Tony has significant experience and knowledge within the niche market of luxury resort real estate sales and marketing.
Over the years, Tony has created and managed a number of high-end sales teams for new development projects. Project sales campaigns such as Catamount Ranch & Club in Colorado and The Wilderness Club in Montana have showcased examples of his ability to create and operate efficient and successful multi-faceted new development sales operations. His roles included pre-development services, resort consulting, developing and managing sales processes, conducting agent training, consulting with project advertising agency, lead management, closing processes, and post-closing follow-up.
In addition to his ongoing new resort development sales and marketing work, Tony has founded several different real estate brokerage start-ups over the years, including a Prudential Real Estate Affiliates franchise and a Sotheby’s International Realty franchise. Starting up a real estate brokerage from scratch demands a patient and forward-thinking leadership style. This ability to create and execute multi-faceted strategic business plans for real estate brokerage offices and the knowledge and wisdom gained by working both from the “development” side and the “sales agent” side is what helps Tony be unique and effective in working on new development sales and marketing projects around the world.
Tony has personally sold hundreds of millions of dollars worth of resort real estate. He enjoys living the resort lifestyle at home in Colorado and takes pride in helping others realize their real estate dreams, wherever they may be located.
Head of Planning and Design
Amila is a seasoned Planning and Design strategist, and a trained Architect with 10 years of experience managing architectural design and development phases while incorporating strategic sales and marketing principles for residential, hotel and amenity space planning.
Her thesis was selected and published to represent New York City’s up and coming Architects within the tri-state area. She joined Skidmore, Owings & Merrill in New York, and worked on schematics and design of mixed-use developments with the primary focus on Freedom Tower and Penn Station in New York City. She then joined real estate creative agency, 7th Art where she was heavily involved in building programming, pre development and design with Douglas Elliman, Corcoran Sunshine and Brown Harris Stevens on unit plans and typologies, interior and exterior finishes and amenities design.
In addition to predevelopment and design work, she managed and was involved in all creative and execution processes of strategic sales marketing and positioning. Her focus was on luxury residential properties such as The Plaza Hotel and Residences, The Apthorp, 101 Warren Street, Georgica, Mandarin Oriental NYC, ELEMENT Condominium, 141 5th Avenue, East Coast by Rockrose, Brown Harris Stevens Select, Tribeca Summit and Barbizon. Under Louise Sunshine’s mentorship she joined TAG Creative, a luxury beauty and lifestyle advertising agency in order to expand their presence into Real Estate market through strategic marketing initiatives and predevelopment efforts. Her career continues in Houston, Texas in Finance and Real Estate industries where she has been focusing on predevelopment and design of residential properties, and on building relationships with Private Equity, Venture Capital and Real Estate development companies.
