Marguerite has international experience in creating value and fast sales velocity for high-end residential properties through highly integrated marketing and sales strategies.

Her brand experience includes: Bulgari Hotels, Philippe Starck, Jade Jagger, Sophie Conran, Donald Trump, Time Warner Centre, St. Regis, Mandarin Oriental, Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton, Aman, The Setai Group. These mixed use luxury developments have enabled Marguerite to work with some of the world’s leading architects, including: Richard Meier, Cesar Pelli, Charles Gwathmey, David M. Childs, Robert A.M. Stern and Adrian Smith; and across global markets in the United States, Caribbean, Europe and Asia.

In early 2011, Marguerite was part of the team responsible for the sale of the Bulgari residences, London, achieving record sale prices of £7,000 per square foot. Her role included advising the developer on improving the third party agencies and strategic partners, and also developing the sales process with UHNW purchasers from initial contact, through to site visit and relationship development. From 2009-2012 Skylla Group provided “white-label” consulting services for Christies International Real Estate in London where we launched the firm’s Project Marketing business by proposing and winning the Cornwall Terrace business – eight London residences each priced from £20 million to £50 million. We ran the project marketing for these ultra high-end properties from pre-development planning, to developing and executing the marketing and sales strategy through to launch and managing lead generation and viewings.

In 2015 Skylla Group has been managing the sales for a prestigious 18 apartment development located within a beautiful 15th century Venetian palazzo, Palazzo Molin. The role was to increase viewings to international UHNWIs and build a global network of agents with a known high end calibre of clientele. New interest from billionaires to multinational CEOs has been achieved and the property is now 60% sold. 2016 Skylla Group has been involved with the pre-development and commercial strategy planning for the Rocco Forte Hotel Group at their five star spa and golf resort in Sicily, Italy.
Recent development projects include Chedi – Switzerland, Yoo Apartments- Malta, Four Seasons – Umbria, Patron Capital- Venice and Rocco Forte Hotels – Sicily.

Louise Sunshine
Strategic Advisor
Louise has been a Real Estate industry leader for over 50 years. She is a master at real estate development strategy and implements all things having to do with pre-development planning, residential and mixed-use development, and sales.

Louise Sunshine served as an Executive Vice President at the Trump Organization from 1973 to 1985. In 1986, she founded the Sunshine Group, LTD, the nation’s pre-eminent pre development planning, marketing, branding, and sales company for luxury mixed-use properties. The Sunshine Group LTD was ultimately sold in 2002 to Realogy and subsequently merged with the Corcoran Group.

Today, Louise is a strategic adviser to an exclusive network of renowned developers including Fort Partners (Four Season Surf Club and Four Seasons Fort Lauderdale); Korman Properties (AKA Hotels and Residences) and Swire Properties.
Louise is a master at real estate development strategy and implements all things having to do with the pre-development planning, residential, and mixed-use development marketing and sales. She has been an industry leader in this business for 50 years. She actively maintains her connections on the East and West coasts as well as abroad and uses the connections to benefit of her clients. Amila Salihbasic
Head of Planning and Design
Amila is an accomplished Real Estate Pre-Development and Design Planning strategist, and a trained Architect with 12 years of experience managing architectural, interior design and development phases.

In addition to predevelopment and design work encompassing all steps of the planning processes-from site selection and master planning, through programming and unit mix typologies including amenities and on-site facilities reviews, audits of comparative market projects and buyers target groups, architectural and interior design selections, she is responsible in ensuring developers’ and/or brands’ vision is implemented in all marketing assets including floor plan layouts and 3D interior and exterior renderings.

Her keen eye for detail, and passion for design combined with continuous up-to-date knowledge of buyers’ demands across domestic and international real estate markets, allow her to work in tandem with architects, interior designers, and 3D rendering professionals to create custom solutions real estate brokers need to sell out a project. She started her career in New York City when her thesis was selected and published to represent top 10 New York City’s up and coming Architects within the tri-state area. She joined Skidmore, Owings & Merrill in New York, and worked on schematics and design of mixed-use developments with the primary focus on Freedom Tower and Penn Station in New York City. 

Under Louise Sunshine’s mentorship, she then joined real estate creative agency, 7th Art where she was heavily involved in residential, hospitality and mixed-use developments focusing on predevelopment, building programming, interior design and 3D renderings production with Louise Sunshine of The Sunshine Group (Corcoran Sunshine), Douglas Elliman, Brown Harris Stevens and Cantor Pecorella, Inc. to name the few.
